Join us for an evening of exquisite flavors as Chef Fabrizio prepares an assortment of truffle dishes that showcase the flavors and pairings of Italian cuisine and these precious truffles.

Menu:
Roasted squash veloute, leek fondue, black truffle.
Mini potato gnocchi, sage, guanciale, goat cheese cream and white truffle.
Brased veal cheek, semolina “polenta”, black pepper, swiss chards, black truffle petals
Milk and cream gelato with white truffle shavings. Cookies.
