Amy joined DZ Restaurants in 2008 as a server and was promoted to the position of Restaurant Manager at Forno Bistro in 2016.
Prior to joining DZ Restaurant, Amy worked as a Restaurant Manager at Zuckerello’s Italian Restaurant in Boca Raton, FL and the Saratoga Springs Brew Pub in Saratoga Springs, NY. Her first experience working in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry was as a Bartender at Lombardi’s Trotteria in East Stroudsburgh, PA.
Amy’s approach to management and the guest experience is is to make every guest feel as if they are part of the DZ Family. For them to feel like they are at home and cannot wait to visit again.
“My goal is to make the dining experience effortless for the guest. We want to anticipate their every need from the time they walk through the door until they leave. Success for me is when a guest walks in the door and I get a hug and the servers are excited to see them. It’s like having a good friend stop by your house unexpectedly. To be able to watch their family grow up and to be a part of their special moments is truly a gift.”
