The Pair Episode 4: Mermaid in America
This week on The Pair, Chef Matt and Chef Eric can’t resist the Siren’s Song and steer their boat into the Gamberi e Carciofi and a couple of pints of Coney Island Mermaid Pilsner. Wood-fired shrimp, blistered cherry tomatoes, long stemmed artichokes, and Tuscan white beans with a balsamic drizzle paired with a light-bodied, crisp drinking, nicely hopped lager.
