This past Saturday, Forno Bistro hosted our ever-popular Pizza Class, where guests embraced their inner pizzaiolos! From rolling out dough to layering fresh toppings and baking pizzas to perfection in our Tuscan-style ovens, it was a hands-on experience that blended fun, food, and flavor.
We were delighted to welcome Franco Abballe from BelGioioso Cheese, who shared insights about their high-quality cheeses, crafted entirely in New York. Guests had the chance to work with fresh mozzarella and aged Parmigiano, elevating their pizzas with authentic, local flavors.
The event also welcomed a special guest, Richard Peters, who showcased “RicharDZ Brew,” a signature Helping HanDZ beer crafted in collaboration with Wolf Hollow Brewing Company. This Vienna-style lager, with its smooth, malty profile, was the perfect complement to the day’s culinary creations. Every Helping HanDZ beer sold contributes to a donation made by DZ Restaurants to a local non-profit, making each sip as meaningful as it is delicious.
