A celebration of food, community, and purpose
Corks & Cuisine 2025 brought together an incredible mix of guests, partners, and supporters for an afternoon that blended great flavors with meaningful impact. The event stretched across the space with the sounds of conversation, clinking glasses, and chefs preparing warm bites that filled the room with the aromas of fall. From comforting croquettes to handmade Italian treats and freshly fried calzones served alongside bright marinara, the dishes flowed naturally throughout the afternoon and encouraged guests to explore, taste, and reconnect with familiar faces.
What made the day truly special was the sense of community that filled every corner of the event. Guests chatted with chefs at their stations, enjoyed small plates, and spent time browsing a silent auction filled with generous contributions from local partners. The energy never slowed, and the room carried a warm, inviting spirit from start to finish.
At the heart of Corks & Cuisine is a mission that extends far beyond the food and festivities. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our attendees and donors, this year’s silent auction and contributions raised important funds for the Richard Bambara Memorial Fund at Albany Medical Center. These funds support cancer research and continue a legacy that means so much to our team and to many families in our community. We are deeply grateful for everyone who helped make this impact possible.
Our vendors and partners played an important part in this year’s event, helping shape the atmosphere and elevate the experience for everyone who attended. Their presence added character to the space, from the thoughtfully selected wines and brews to the specialty ingredients and products that complemented the food and conversation throughout the afternoon. By sharing their time, talent, and generosity, they helped create the warmth, flavor, and sense of connection that define Corks & Cuisine and make it such a meaningful gathering year after year.
As we look back on this year’s celebration, we are filled with gratitude for every guest, partner, and team member who helped make the day memorable. Corks & Cuisine has become a cherished tradition for DZ Restaurants, and each year it grows in both purpose and community spirit.
