Fresh & Vibrant Starters

Inverno Salad (V/GF) A true winter salad that balances freshness with depth. Peppery arugula is tossed with shaved Brussels sprouts, toasted almonds, and sweet sliced pears. Creamy goat cheese, cabernet raisins, and a bright pomegranate balsamic vinaigrette bring the dish together.

Scallion-Whipped Burrata (V) This longtime favorite is always evolving. Our scallion-whipped burrata is paired with rosemary confit tomatoes, black garlic pesto, fresh arugula, served with warm, house-made focaccia. This is the perfect appetizer for sharing.

Polpo Char-grilled octopus, tender with a light char, served with confit tomatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, capers, and crispy shallots. Finished with black garlic aioli for a rich, savory balance.
From the Pizza Oven & Pasta Station

Gorgonzola E Prosciutto Pizza A balanced mix of salty and sweet flavors. A creamy white sauce forms the base, topped with bold gorgonzola, savory prosciutto, and shallots. A rich red wine glaze finishes the pizza straight from the wood fired oven.

Rigatoni Funghi (V) Earthy and comforting, this dish features rigatoni tossed with a wild mushroom medley, braised leeks, and scallions. Red wine adds depth, while a dollop of truffle whipped ricotta rounds out the flavors.

Ravioli Anatra House made pasta takes the spotlight. Chef crafted mascarpone duck ravioli is made entirely in house and paired with sweet peas and roasted baby carrots. A silky rosemary demi cream completes the dish.

Braciole Alla Barolo The ultimate winter comfort food. Tender beef is slow-braised in a Barolo red wine reduction until it melts in your mouth. Served alongside baby carrots, sweet peas, red potatoes, and roasted tomatoes with a deep demi-glace and grilled focaccia to soak up every drop of flavor.
