Join us on May 21st, from 4-6 PM, for an evening of excitement as we raise a glass for a cause with the first pour of ThoroughbreDZ Lemon Pilsner, brewed in collaboration with @wolfhollowbrewingco and @decrescentedistributingco.

Enjoy an early evening on the Forno patio with refreshing beer samples, small bites, and special guest appearances from Hall of Fame Jockey Ramon Domínguez and legendary sportscaster Tom Durkin.

Crafted with purpose and passion, ThoroughbreDZ is a crisp, floral, citrus-forward brew that pays homage to Italian brewing traditions while celebrating Saratoga’s racing culture.

Proceeds from the event, as well as every pint sold throughout the 2025 summer season, will go to the @backstretchteamny. 25% of dinner sales that evening will also be donated.
