We’re thrilled to share the excitement and success of our recent event, the “ThoroughbreDZ” Beer Launch Party! Held on May 1st at Forno Bistro, this gathering celebrated collaboration, community, and charitable giving. Developed in partnership with the DZ Restaurants Executive Chef Fabrizio Bazzazni, beer expert Rich Peters, and Wolf Hollow Brewing Co., ThoroughbreDZ is a brew with purpose.
The evening was nothing short of spectacular, filled with laughter, camaraderie, and plenty of delicious brews from Wolf Hollow Brewing Co. We were honored to have esteemed guests, including the legendary Tom Durkin and the talented jockey Ramon Domínguez, join us for this special occasion.
Thanks to our attendees’ incredible support and generosity, we raised over $2,000 for the hardworking backstretch workers through our partnership with the Backstretch Employee Service Team (B.E.S.T).
Our commitment to supporting the backstretch workers extends far beyond the event. As part of our ongoing Helping HanDZ initiative, guests can continue to contribute to this noble cause all summer long. For every ThoroughbreDZ beer sold at Boca Bistro, Forno Bistro & Chianti Ristorante, DZ Restaurants will donate to the backstretch workers, ensuring they receive the assistance and recognition they deserve.
