The patio was packed, the cans were cold, and the return of ThoroughbreDZ officially kicked off another Saratoga season at Forno Bistro.
Guests joined us for the First Pour celebration of our seasonal Helping HanDZ collaboration brewed with Wolf Hollow Brewing Company, featuring tastings of this year’s Czech-Style Pilsner, light bites, patio cocktails, and plenty of support for a cause close to our community.
Brewed in partnership with Wolf Hollow Brewing Co., ThoroughbreDZ is a crisp, refreshing Czech-Style Pilsner (5.5% ABV) with notes of honey, pie crust, lemongrass, and black pepper, now available at all DZ Restaurants in collectible Saratoga horse racing-themed 16oz cans.
More importantly, every can continues to support B.E.S.T. (Backstretch Employee Service Team), helping the backstretch workers who keep Saratoga racing running strong all season long.
The evening also featured appearances from Hall of Fame jockey Ramon Domínguez and legendary race caller Tom Durkin, helping make the patio celebration even more memorable.
